ORDERS & PRODUCTS

Our collections include both premium synthetic fibres and 100% human hair. Each product page specifies the material and features.

We provide a detailed size guide on each product page to help you measure and select the perfect fit.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Yes. We ship worldwide from Parma, Italy. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Standard orders within Italy take 2–5 business days. International shipping may take 5–10 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For hygiene reasons, only unused, unworn items with original packaging and lace intact can be returned within 14 days.

PRODUCT CARE

Yes, but only on heat-resistant wigs. Please check the product details before styling.
